Return and Refund policy

Return can only be accepted under following circumstances-

Products delivered do not match with your order.

Products delivered were damaged in transit/tampered. If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery, the same may be returned for a refund.

The returns are subjected to the below conditions:

Any wrong product ordered, doesn’t qualify for return.

Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return.

Products being returned should include the invoice and the packaging

Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only unopened strips or products can be returned.

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made through bank transfer only.

For International Customers –

Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping and handling levies.
